Good service.

Aircon couldn't be adjusted, was cold as a fridge.

I usually use Mekong exp because a washroom on bus is equipped and the online booking is convenient. All buses have been old already so I hope it would be improved as much as possible soon otherwise it is hard to compete against others.

My seat number was taken already and the Inspector told me it’s because the bus has changed?!?! The seat she gave me was broken couldn’t be adjusted and was moving up and down the whole time. We arrived 1 hour behind schedule

Left 40 minutes late but gave me explanation or apology! Meant I was late getting back to pp and missed a meeting

The van left on time from HCMC and would've arrived on time in Phnom Penh if it weren't for the heavy traffic in the city. The driver was very kind and warm, though he couldn't speak english, he tries to communicate to us and point us to nice views :)
