The driver was rude and drive like a maniac. I'm sure we arrived 20 minutes sooner than expected, but we almost died several times in the process.
We did not get the seats we 1Cand 1D Because this bus seat was rowed2-1. So despite early booking after complaining we got seat 2A and 2B Will not book this company again
From the beginning the bus was acting strange and kept stopping. Then the bus broke down for TWO HOURS in the middle of the night. They kept trying to restart and it smelled like gas. They switched us to another bus that WAS NOT A SLEEPER. I feel cheated
PP - Saigon. The trip delayed. Should have called but just let me wait for 1hour30mn. Siagon -PP Driver horned even there is no one on the street just to annoy others. He just stopped without telling everyone why and left the bus
Battambang ==> Phnom Penh No seat belts, driver drove too fast, only stopped when he needed...
Excellent service start to finish
Booking was super fast, and their customer service is on point, always available to help. We did not have any issues with the tickets, we just showed them to the bus terminal receptionist, and they printed the tickets. Very satisfied. Will use it again.
