OK trip.. One 30 min delay after breakdown.. They never do in 6 hrs more like 7 hrs +

It didn't stop where it should've stopped. The bus stopped at Kleang Leu and I had to wait for another one to take me to Ekareach. No one explains this. Really dissapointing.

I used from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh. I had asked them to pick up at the property in advance, but the day was not picked up even when it was time for pick-up. When I called them for confirmation, they responded that I have to go toBus station on my own
