Great bus service and great driver. Very punctual. However the wifi didn't work for a big part of the trip. No complaints though.
The trip was great, the punctuality and services offered by the crew were really good. Regarding the visa procedure they charge 5 usd but they make everything! You don’t even have to queue for nothing and because of that the border crossing goes fast
Everything was OK even if the driver doesn't speak and understand much English still the trip was above expectation for my family of 10pax. well done
Left 45 minutes late causing us to miss ferry. Driver proceeded to drive like a maniac while raining hard. Extremely dangerous! Never again will I travel with this company.

No chance to meet advertised journey times with comfort stops, border time and bad roads so be honest about overall journey time. Actually around 8 hours rather than 6 hours advertised.
Driver was good. Van was ok. WiFi didn’t work. That was quite annoying as I primoised my 10 year old son he could use WiFi.
The trip from Battambang to Siem Reap was slooooww. 4.5 hours from start to finish. Safe driving is the trade off. My confirmation said pick-up from Battambang Resort. Unfortunately when I had the hotel staff ring Mekong express, they refused to pick up.
