delayed arrival for 3hours were not good

All ok. The bus was good but quite old and not really clean. Anyhow the trip was OK.

Drivers do not let you know what you are stopping for - no customer service whatsoever! They also tore our backpack in 2 places because they kept it in the stairwell and kept moving it each stop and threw it on the ground each time! No A/C, no Wi-Fi!

twas my first time to try the limo or night bus and i must say it was one of the coolest i ever experienced! no delays, driver was great not over speeding. i fell asleep so didnt noticed we arrived. there was just mosquitoes so something they can improve
