Comfortable bus ride.

not operated by the company I booked (was taken by a tuk tuk to another boarding point), not on the selected seat, no functioning air-conditioning, mini van rather old and uncomfortable, arrived almost 1h late, not at the indicated drop off point.

It was an excellent trip. Great driver, excellent service in the depot, and as always, Mey Hong is my preferred bus company. I've never had a problem with them, and they allowed me a lot of extra luggage, at no additional cost.

This trip is confirmed to be driven on Express Way; as the driver had to pick out-system passenger in Kampong Speu, the driver took off Express Way and drove along the bumpy NR4 which also caused us longer to reach PP. I don't recommend this company.
