the seat not completely flat not comfortable for sleep. The air-condition really cold and broken, can't not swith off or change angle....

Very spacious seats although the bus was a bit old, everything was great about the ride. However, check the boarding point on Google carefully if you're taking Passapp or Grab, it seems that we're dropped off 6-mins away, so perhaps the admin can fix this
