The van broke in the middle of thw trip, the driver was not able to fix the problem. As a result, we were transferred to a different van. The van was dirty and uncomfortanle,yet we were still charged the whole price. The trip took longer because of this.

Totally different experience when we returned from Koh Kong to Phnom Penh because of a fantastic driver. He checked the bus and 4 tires prior to the departure. Excellent driving. Thank you!

Everything was fine except a driver. He didn't wear a mask and seemed an inexperienced driver. It took 8 hours to get Koh Kong.

Late departure almost 1 hr, make me missed my boat schedule to Kohrong, it is the worst experience I have ever met! Bus is not comfort, chair is too high and hard! Driver stop at many place just to pick up different people!

Sovan Rithy terminal toilet is dirty, driver is rude. Late departure

departure is late, we are waiting at their office or terminal it was raining hard, the driver did not go to Sovan Rithy terminal, we cross the street with tuktuk instead. We ask Driver to stop to the nearest toilet to pee but he stop after more than 1 hr.
