very bad services if you buy ticket by app, they say the car already when you it is 20 minutes left to depart and put you another car and switch you to bus on the way. very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this company.

Never Again. Departed late as nobody was able to count,passengers had to go on and off the bus. Stopped occasionally so passengers where able to go grocery shopping and deliver it to relatives. Doors did not close properly, so dust got in. Could go on…

The bus departured 20min later, on a way we were waiting for different customers picking them up on different sports. The drive took 6 hours, not 5 as stated on a website.

I book seat. I want to ride here so I book early. When I ride, the other customer complained to us that the seat is their seat. But they booked after we booked. They didnt book with this site but by the shop. They are mad, so staff force us to other seat.

Came to pick up late, wrong seats, drives unreasonably slow, AC broke down a long the way. First time using this company and the experience was terrible.

Air conditioning wasn't working and I was not given the seat I had reserved, ended up sitting next to the door van, so had to move or get off the bus every time another passenger got on or off. The driver was excellent, though. Safe and friendly.

We were driven to the wrong location. After some back and forth because of communication problems, we were driven directly to the hotel. Very nice people. Even if communication is difficult.

I can't ride on bus because I'm book for 3:30pm but the bus departure at 9pm . I have been cheated.
