Very good travel.
Overall a very good experience. Had a booking for 8 am. They seemingly forgot about me and I had to wait for the next bus at 9am. Very good experience overall though. Very polite people and a good service. Highly recommend.
The trip was a total disaster since the beginning. Travel mart promised us that they will have someone available to bring us to the terminal but no one came. The AC of the bus is not working. We need to change from VIP bus to Van. Unacceptable.
The travel was hassle free as well as the Immigration process. Recommendable
Inspectors explained very thoroughly how to cross the border which was nice. Wifi worked, we got water, food, and blankets. Seats were comfy. We spent over an hour sitting at the border after we crossed and were 2 hours late in arriving.

Nobody speaks much English, but everything went smooth.
