Air conditioning did not work? Road construction made the overall experience unpleasant but not the company's fault. Due to mentioned construction arrived to Kep 1.5 hrs late. Took our luggage off bus at Kampot. If I had not noticed it would be gone.

Old minivan crammed with bags. No suspension. No aircon. Road to kampot is half built so 1:30 mins of really bumpy road. Would go on train instead truly horrible experience. Left 1 hour late too

The bus I booked at 1pm did not exist. I had to wait for 2h to have another one. There was no AC and windows could not be opened.

They dropped my friend off in Kampot instead of Kep. Then said for $20 they would take her to Kep. They were just too lazy to drive to Kep with one passenger.

Driver good Bus was very poor needs upgrading Punctuality late setting off Overall journey was very uncomfortable due to road conditions and seating .

I had spend 7 hours drive from Phnom Penh to Koh Kong. I met a very helpful and polite driver. The service provided is not bad at all. But just need to be careful if the departure delayed or else, should have informed to the passenger in advance.
