Bad airconditioning, old van, driver rides to fast
Driver good Bus was very poor needs upgrading Punctuality late setting off Overall journey was very uncomfortable due to road conditions and seating .
I had spend 7 hours drive from Phnom Penh to Koh Kong. I met a very helpful and polite driver. The service provided is not bad at all. But just need to be careful if the departure delayed or else, should have informed to the passenger in advance.

Absolutely horrible, the driver drove as if he’s on the run from the police and when the bus broke down he didn’t even let the passenger know what was happening or if there was any backup!! Thank god all the passenger were so understanding
Bus left almost 2 hrs late, no ac and VERY hot the whole way. Only drove half the way on tge new road. Lots of stops to wait for packages. One of the worst trips in 6 years in cambodia...

Old, dirty Van, no space, fully packed with stuff everywhere, they dropped us of at another point than the one which was indicated on the booking. When we made that present to the driver he doesn‘t cares. So we where forced to pay another 10$ for tuktuk
