Well, accommodation such as service ticket check, toilet are clean but driver unsafe

It was a pleasant trip. Driver drove smoothly.

Left on time and arrived slightly early. Stopped on route for WC break. I'd use this company again

Wan is amazing. So friendly and efficient. She deserves a raise.

Disappointed because the ride was 30 mins late, and we spent additional 1 hour in a bus stop because they overbooked 2 passengers. The inspector and driver spent an hour arguing with the excess passengers, making us wait inside the bus.

The beds are a little small but they are beds regardless so the ability to lie down is nice, 2 "seats" are 1 bed so I am not sure how it would work if you book one seat and a stranger books the one next to you.
