really small bed for two people. The lower bunk fix directly on the floor is really bumping, not recommend. And it fucking cold during the night, there is only one sheet provided no water no snack nothing....

Virak Buntham has never disappointed, border crossing was super chill. Although we were held up for a while as a couple of travelers from our group had some visa issues, staff handled everything for us and made it all very easy and smooth.

Bus should be at 16:00 in Bangkok according to schedule. Was 17:30. Book me bus shows wrong arrival time. 12go shows 17:30 and it is the true arrival time.

Company should find a solution to fix the car or to replace the new one for the transportation, because the front glass is already crack and AC isn't cool enough, even the side glass aren't wear UV protector, but the driver is very helpful and friendly.
