We were late by 40mn due to unnecessary waiting at second stop in sihanoukville Music was too loud Otherwise the trip was ok

There was late of departure for 30 minutes without informed to all passengers. Front desk staffs was not able to respond with customer concern and no solution with rude reaction.

We enjoyed the trip. It was an interesting experience. The bus was clean and as convenient as south-east Asia can allow. Even sleeping was possible at times. The staff was very kind and willing to help.

really small bed for two people. The lower bunk fix directly on the floor is really bumping, not recommend. And it fucking cold during the night, there is only one sheet provided no water no snack nothing....
