Perhaps a ticket number could be on the ticket. Pictures of bus interior- especially sleeper. Picture of where the toilet is when choosing seats. Bus journey was over 7hrs, unlike advertised. Overall decent ride!

The driver drives way too fast and doesn’t care about the safety of passengers. He doesn’t respect his own line. Moreover, he’s using his phone and talking his phone too. It was like the end of my life during my life.

The schedule has changed but I wasn't informed about it. The pick up location was very unclear, nobody knew where to go. The more people I asked, the more locations I was told to go. The driver nearly killed us by his careless driving.
