the departure point was not as listed and, had I not arrived with plenty of time to spare, I would have missed the bus

the pick up point in kampot is changed. all depend by the driver. this company in some route stop a lot of time

Vehicle was 90 minutes late due to a breakdown. When it arrived, it was a small vehicle but still comfortable. Vehicle started the trip but waited 20min for another customer. This customer then proceeded to play videos without headphones the whole time.

driver was driving like crazy in the mountain road, does 20 live worth by arriving on time, don’t think so

Please try to put the AC down in your bus, it’s freezing old and that don’t make our travel confortable. And some English speakers will be good as well.

Bus was late by more than one hour. The driver drove very slow even in cases where he could safely speed up. Also, as we were arriving to our final destination, he dropped off several passengers on the way which created more delay too.

All is good except the bus seat is not confortable for 5 hour sit. Driver keep talking on phone.
