Traveler reviews for Virak Buntham Express

My gf and I sat in the two front seats, next to the driver. They are not as comfortable as the seats in the back at all. Nothing was mentioned about this. Should be cheaper.

There was bad smell from the stuff below that belongs to Virak buntham during the travel. The bus also stop very frequently. By the way, the other services were great and safety.

The estimated duration wasn't accurate, it took around 6 hours. However, everything else was excellent. The driver was exceptionally professional and helpful throughout the experience.

The car was broke during the trip, though we bought five single seats for five of us. We sit on the small lane for three hours as there were no seats for us anymore. While the car was broke, nobody informed us to move to other car. Terribly bad.

I had booked the private VIP van, but just before it was meant to leave, they told me I had to go on the full bus. It was a tight fit for a 6 hour ride, compensation between the ticket prices would have been appreciated, but not offered nor an apology.
