Departure one hour late, minivan very old and inconfortable, driver using phone while driving on a very bad and dangerous road...

Wheel was demaged but the driver fixed it after 30 min. Its a cheap way to travel but don‘t expect much comfort. Vans and busses are old.

No issue on KEP to Kampot route at this time.

They delayed the departure for 1 hour and even misguided on which bus I should ride towards Phu Quoc. Need more careful and customer-oriented services. This ticket includes bus and ferry tickets outward to Phu Quoc, but the return trip is not like same.

After arriving one minute too late at the bus station, we didn't got any refunds when booking the same bus 30 minutes later. Kind of sad as we had massive traffic jams. In addition, the adress of the bus station on the ticket wasn't correct.

Driver made no effort to communicate whenever he made unexpected stops, continually failed to overtake cars in front and spent most of his time on the phone. One hour delay is acceptable on these roads but not the lack of communication.

we left kampot 45 min late. almost missed my last ferry to phu quoc. it took us 3h from scheduled time to get to ha tien!
