Left 2 hours late due to bad road conditons which was fair enough but there was no information or apologies from staff even after the nee departure time had passed
I had booked a van for 10.30 but my booking ostensibly wasn't in the system so there was no van at 10.30. They booked me a seat in a bus which came an hour later. No apologies nor compensation!

The Over all trip was distractive, cant even leave on time from Kep, in middle of road, back to take another passengers, and the stop at Kompot cost more than 2 hours. The whole bus operation failed
Bad experience with this company, they are cheating, I booked van but actually not van that is a old sumyoung car air con not good, I recommend do not use service from this company
We were meant to catch an 1:30 bus from Sihanoukville to Kampot but got there at 11 so they asked us if we wanted to catch the 11:30 bus instead which was great. The bus was quick had aircon but a tiny bit late (because of the weather though).
The driver was very competent . Ticket advised to wait outside Hotel where a man with security clothing grabbed my bag walked down to bus station and demanded $1 USD in threatening manner . I did ask or want him to carry my bag
Bus was late due to rain, but at one point broke down and when it was fixed, left the 3 girls who had gotten off without trying to wait for them (came back to get them 5 mins later). Trip from Sihanoukville to Kampot was 4 hours, not 2. No pit stop made.
