Booked the bus at 11am. Upon arrival they looked surprised and then they told me the bus was at the garage for repair. I had to take the bus at 13:30. Probably there were not enough guest at the 11am bus, so they put me on the next one. Very bad service

I bought VAN car, but they use big bus for me. So I give up my ticket to ride taxi.

I am very disappointed with this operator because they seem to lie the customer. We booked full price ticket via your websit with Mini Van, but actually we travel a tourist car. It's not firat. It's third time for me that they said Mini Van is broken. Zzz

Basic but good, was an hour late to pick us up but the driver was on lunch (take the times online with a pinch of salt), mini bus was packed with people but comfortable. Just what you’d expect from a mini bus ride in Cambodia!

The worst ever Kep-Kampot-Phnom Penh bus service which took in more guests than legally allowed having at least 5 pick-up/drop off stops for such a simple journey and the safety and the comfort of passengers are practically non-existent.

Experience was horrible. Staff was unprofessional and rude. First they told our ride was delayed for no reason, then we couldnt have our money back. After all customers were fed up and demanded justice, the staff panicked and arranged a bus for us. Insane

The receptionist is extremely rude and impolite. I asked what time the van left, he didn't see or even reply after i asked few times. Later, he said just wait, dont ask too much in front of many people. I have his photo, too. Very rude!!
