Very good trip, highly recommend this bus company. The bus was brand new and very comfortable, smooth driving. 30mn late from departure and at arrival, but nothing too problematic.

Too much stops for the people before the bus stop in Phnom penh

Too noisy. Driver cannot ask to some passengers to lower their voice. So annoying.

driver’s skills is too low. His driving doesn’t make everyone comfortable. most of passengers almost got carsick

The trip was nice, punctuality, driver and overall was good. I will repeat for sure

The driver persistently overtook other vehicles, speeding with 12+ passengers on board so he could get to Phnom Penh slightly earlier. He put my life at risk, all for the sake of getting to Phnom Penh a few minutes earlier. I was horrified and scared!

Terrible. Something went wrong with the online payment,The chat serviced didn't helped me. I went to the office to buy the ticket. Then the BookMeBus charged me. I tried to get refunded one of the tickets and not BookMeBus neither Kim Seng Express helped
