Overall very bad experience. The van is so packed. It shouldn't call VIP van. Bear in mind, there is no free WiFi, snacks and drinking water as stated in the booking page. Slow aircond, it is very hot sitting in the van for 7 hours.

The price is very low but the driver drives very slow. We had a delay a bit over an hour without any traffic to speak of. The driver does not inform how long stops will be.

The times shown are quite wrong so dont expect reaching destination after a few more hours. Cambodian side is terribly slow.Once in Thailand, drivers are very much reliable when it comes to drive reasonably fast and catchup with the delay. not their fault

This is a local Cambodian bus. Not on time and stopped multiple times. Too hot and too many people.

Arrived early, they let me go on an earlier bus. It was full, it was fun, it was comfortable. It only cost 5 dollars. How could I fault it. It took as long as it took to get there. No wifi, only windows to look at reality through. Perfect.

I would try another company next time I do the overland journey - There should have been a bottle of water (at least shown in the symbols when booking), but there was no water, and the service wasn't much to brag about... Chaotic at Poipet - both sides:-(
