The overall ride was good, the bus ride was smooth, the staff was very respectful and helpful and the bus depart and arrive on time. The bus stop is a gas station to go to the toilet and is a restaurant for lunch. I recommend this bus line.

One of the biggest let downs was that online it said it would take 4 hours for the journey, but in fact, it took 6 hours and a half. False advertising.

We decided to take the bus instead of flying from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. The bus was very enjoyable, spacious, clean and we even did a lunch stop. Our bus was about 30 minutes late arriving in Phnom Penh but it was fine. I highly recommend it.

My trip was cancelled without previous notice. I arrived at the destination 5 hours later than I should have. I am never taking reservations with this company again. Very dissapointed. No punctuality, no WiFi, and seat belts stuck and thus not useful.
