The bus station so far from city and driver not help to drop at the next station (Pshar Reatrey) which in middle of city.

They never picked me up for my scheduled time, despite me and my hotel calling them multiple times and being assured they would pick me up. Had to wait 5h for the next service. Will use Giant Ibis in the future.

Inspector demanded cash for border crossing despite this being listed NOWHERE on your website and I already had the necessary visas. Giant Ibis do not do this to their customers, I will ride them in the future.

On the way to Battambang the AC was not really working. There was no space and it was hot. And that for 4 hours. On the way back it rained and water dripped from the ceiling on us and others. Would not recommend. The price is not good for that Bus

If you just want a drive from a city to another without being too demanding, you can trust this company. You will reach your destination. However, don't expect the driver to follow the European driving rules and expect to have about an hour delay.
