They changed my bus ticket departure time without informing me ahead of time. The aircon was not functioning properly.

The bathroom...oh my god filthy. And there was only 1 stop during the entire 8 hour trip. Because we are supposed to use this horrific and filthy bathroom? No way. you need to make regular bathroom stops for hygiene purposes!

On time departure - minibus in good condition - good driving but travel time closer to 4 hours due to construction on the road

I had booking on 20th but I didn't know why the email sent me on 19th.

It arrived in Phmom Penh 1 hour late

They said that there's Wifi, but there is none. The lady asked us to pay for $2 for the officers to stamp our passports. Idk if its necessary, however the transaction is so smooth. The journey is also safe. Overall 3.5/5. Its actually okay

the bus arrived too late , it affected somebody's plan is late and feel very tired.
