It was a pleasure travelling with Mekong Express bus from Phnom Penh to Ho Chi Minh City. The bus was clean and comfortable and the entire staff accompanying us on this journey were courteous and well trained.

Outlets didn’t work. Bathroom an atrocious mess. Left the lights on for 20 mins for no reason. Hot. Bus itself was noisy. Made local stops - not direct.

The bus had 2 hours of delay. There was a lot of traffic, but a cambogian company that does every day that road must know It and do not promise a different time. Seven hours are very tired. There was not WiFi which was written to the Mekong Express site.

The bus was broken in the middle of the night and we had to wait for the other bus to be arrived for 2 hours which delayed our arrival time to Siem Reap.

among the bus services it was written free WiFi and instead got on the bus we are told that the WiFi was not there.
