Service left on time and was an 11 seater mini van with plenty room and comfortable. We stopped twice, once for a comfort break for 5 minutes and once for lunch for 20 minutes but only the driver ate as no one felt we had enough time.

The final stop was not the same place as the place Which is Angkor Travel Focus when I booked the ticket! Very far from that place! Make me travel plan was totally mess! Horrible, never take your bus anymore.

Your services advertise WiFi, bus, charging stations. 14 hour ride to Siem Reap-no WiFi, no charging stations, broken toilet. From Phnom Pemh to HCMC-no WiFi, no charging stations, no toilet. I’m extremely unhappy with the service.

Driver To dangerous

Terrible! Not exactly am expecting to experience. The air condition was not working well. We were not comfortable. Poor aircon, no TV and no Wifi! Driver was a madman. Inspector has no intention to return my change. 7-hour agony from HCm to Phomn Pen!

Parfait

Good service, but the bus stop in Siem Reap is quite far from the location they told me in e-mail, it is out of our expectation.

The driver was some kind of crazy aggressive.Though I wanted to help him he did not undetstand and he shouted and jumped a lot.I told him why he was shouting crazily and I was helping him he ontinuied doing .Later on we realized that it was his 3rd drive

Okish service. When compared with Giant Ibis they are bellow in quality, namely as they use relatively old buses with a pretty narrow leg room. Further more, during our trip, we had smoke (from the bus itself) coming inside. Pretty annoying.
