There was absolutely no communication on this bus - at each border stop (exit and entry) we were given no information on the process, and at the food stop we were not given a time limit. The bus was also too hot and seats recline into the person behind.

It was a long trip - we've been delayed by more than 1 hour, here was no wi-fi nor the snack (as stated on the ticket), we were forced to pay extra fee for visa processing and the staff was very rude when I've started questioning this.

Worst bus compagny. They don’t want to wait us at border because we dont participate which something look like organize corruption. Furthermore the waitress on board blackmail us during travel. Finally we queue at slower post border and they leave us.

It took us from 9am pick up to 5pm drop off in Sihanoukville. The VIP van broke down after 80 minutes and we had no air con. We had to wait for the second van to come and collect us. The driver on the second bus was speeding and overtaking dangerously.

We were picked up on time and given water bottle when everyone loaded. Arrived ok. Only criticism was that the driver had 2 mobile phones and was speaking to people throughout the journey often having to use phone keypads. This is an unsafe practice.

On time but was confused on where to go on the immigration office as there was no instruction.
