Is amazing !! You pay for one transport to the city and suddenly they drop you off in one Petrol Station far away to the center (20’) and 4-5 person are overwhelming and obliging you to take another transport to the city with a minimum price of 20$.

Lots of leg room Toilet onboard that flushed It did stop at a restaurant once at the start which was annoying I’d prefer them to drive straight there. Water and snack provided.overall good service and would use again.

All in all a very good experience. l would choose the Mekong express service again. Point of improvement: to know bevorehand the number of stops and when the bus/driver plans a stop. Also it was irritating where exactly the Very good price/value ratio

The bus is ok. The toilets on the bus is ok, very convenient.

Why do all the people have to pay 35 $ for the visa in Cambodia when the price is just 30 $ when you do it by yourself? In my opinion that is scamming and every bus company does it!

Out of previous bus trips, I enjoyed this ride the most. So much leg space to stretch. The ride was smooth. The driver interacts with us during the lunch breaks with his limited conversational English. I felt safer riding on big bus compared to mini van.

Our trip was from PP to HCMC. There is a stamping fee that the inspector will ask some individuals for, depending on the type of visa you have. It is not a scam. We were held up at border and ended up taking 8 hours. Not the fault of MK, but be prepared.
