When I arrived at the office I was informed that my 3 o’clock bus from BBT to SR doesn’t exist. I was hauled into a shared taxi. On the plus side: I was in BBT under 3 hours, the down side was that it’s very cramped with 4 in the back seat.

Never been so happy on a bus trip to Ho Chi Minh

Good driver. Travel too long 7 hours instead 5 .....due work road.

Advertised 6.5 hours but the trip took 9 hours. I don't think it would be possible to do the trip in 6.5 hours, should advertise a more realistic time to allow people to plan accordingly.

The bus arrived 5 hours later. We were threatened by the staff on board that if we didn't pay the 2USD/pp "stamp money" - which is basically a bribe - we'd have to wait in a separate line and the bus would leave without us. Such a horrible experience.
