comfy van, stopped for breaks. ran a little late but not too bad.

we had booked a minivan and instead they gave us a bus. the accommodation was not bad but immediately at the beginning of the trip the air conditioning broke down. it was a terrible journey, an unbearable heat.

some of the stuff are rude.

No wifi in the van that was really old (paid the same price as for the newer ones) driver always on the phone while driving. Staff at offices need to improve their service and behaviour towards non cambodian speakers.

Dangerous driver. I asked the staff at sihanoukville office where i have to go to take the gtvc that is in my online booking with the van ticket, they told me to go with the driver to the pier.Got dropped off at wrong pier. Had to pay 5$ for a tuktuk.

The service provided by Mekong Express in Siem Reap was excellent. I booked tickets on the second level of the sleeping bus by accident but the inspector was really flexible and arranged seats on the 1st level for us (I get carsick so it helps a lot).

The driver kept inspecting the rear wheel before we left but didn’t do anything about it, then 20 mins into the journey we stopped and had to change vehicles. The 4 hour journey then took 6.5 so we missed our next transfer.

Efficient and professional service

Comfortable bus, punctual service, free wifi on board and some complementry water for the trip! All good!
