The road is really bad at the moment but our driver did not really seem to care. Did not really feel safe while I don’t have any problems with that normale in minivans in Asia.. bus was also extremely old, received a water bottle though for what its worth

The bus from Ho Chi Minh to Phnom Penh was HOT and not comfortable at all.

Delay too long

Very happy overall. Bus was clean and comfortable, excellent aircon, complimentary water included. Also arranged for free transfer to hotel in sihanoukville which was excellent (saved us from having to deal with tuk tuk mafia). Would recommend

Wrong seats given to what was on ticket booked. Driver not driving safely, side door flew open half way on trip. Arrived late

Good experience with Mekong express.

Overall I can’t complain. Yes, I bought one of the last tickets and sat at 11c next to the toilet door. Yes, my seatmate was big and didn’t use deodorant. Yes, there was a 1 hour delay at the border.. But it was $10 ticket and staff are nice and helpful.
