Traveler reviews for Mekong Express

Overall, the travel was very good even though we arrived late into Siem Reap from Battambang. Picking up travelers from their hotels and road construction were the reasons for the late arrival. The driver drove safely, which is a rarity in Cambodia.

All was great. Comfortable seat. Clean bus. Very helpful staff. One negative is the air conditioning wasn't cold enough. It was so hot on the bus.

Bus was comfortable and there was enough bathroom brakes on out trip. At our destination we had to change to bus to another one and the bus driver took us to our hotel. Service was only 4$, but the driver did not tell this before and we did not like this.

There's a wifi but no internet connection in the van. Other than that, don't have issue. Philippines 🇵🇭

It took us closer to 6 1/2 hours rather than the advertised 4 1/2, which meant that we missed the boat we had booked in Sihanoukville. While this was frustrating, I have to commend our driver, who drove very safely in treacherous wet conditions!

We booket a VIP bus rid from Saigon to Phnom Penh, but it was far from anything on their website. It was very little space, no wifi and at the boarder it was quite chaotic. Papers and passports was given back to wrong peoples.
