Fair good. Disappoint left late and journey took 6 hours instead of 4 as we were told.

Very bad experience crossing the frontier, the driver ask us for money, even when we have the visa in order.

Battambang/Siem Reap. Compared to the previous experience the driver has driven very well, attentively and seriously! He made a stop at a bar where among other things they made a very good coffee.

The driver made a lot of stops and he drove like crazy to get to the scheduled time.

i would like to depart beside the bus station, Mekong express let me contact bookmebus directly, but the contact number on e-ticket can not reach at all.

The driver was efficient and got us to the destination on time with few stops. Fortunately, we stopped to have dinner at a restaurant so I didn't have to find food at the destination.

Best bus service ever.
