Driver noisy, delivery personnel stuff ! Take other people during the course. (We are 5 at the departure at Mekong stops, he stops at least 5 times to take in and take off people that I supposed who not paying their place with Mekong express)

Our hostess was lovely, and I can’t fault her, nor the driver. Unfortunately, our bus broke down in Bavet. This resulted in 3 hours of the poor staff chasing their HO to get us reaccomodated. This ended up turning a 6 hour journey into a 13 hour one!!

My experience wirh bookmebus was great. Staffs was helpful during i uave problem with my first booking. Highly recommend

The journey was good, the bus crew take care everything regarding border control. But there was a problem in coordination between online service and bus agent.

I was very very disappointed with the customer services provided. I have booked 02 ticket though the bus website and pay via my ABA account 20USD for 02 seats. Next few days I have sent emails to request to cancel my reservation but no one responded.

Air conditioning was terrible. I was uncomfortably hot for the whole journey.

Mini bus is not comfortable, place is too small. Air-conditioner is not goot, not cold.

At the customs in Vietnam to leave the country, the officer let us wait 1,5 hour before he stamped our passports to go out. The inspector did nothing, causing many people to become angry. The 6,5 hours trip took us 8 hours now.
