Overall the bus ride was ok. We started about 15 min delayed. On the border there was an accident (not our drivers fault) but they organized a new bus immediately and we could continue without waiting too long. I would take the bus again.

Everyhing was fine, so the service was perfect. One little bad thing was before the border, we needed to fill up a visa application document which we didn't need it. At the border the company's staff wanted to give us Cambodian visa for extra USD 10.

Bus itself not bad, comfortable seats, air con, food. Staff charged 40 USD or 1400 baht for visa!! DO NOT PAY. get visa at the border for 30 USD. in Siem reap they gave us tuktuk who CHARGED 400 bahts for 10 min ride!! that should be for free!!! BEWARE!!!

Excellent experience. Bus was so punctual. Left at 9am sharp. Bus was not cancelled or late even though not fully booked at this time of year. Snacks, meals provided. Driver patiently waited as passengers crossed border and sorted out Thai issues.

This service is not bad for the price. The ride was fairly comfortable, and getting across the border was easier than I expected, with good advice from the inspector n board the bus.

Everything was great - snacks, driver helpfulness, comfortable journey until the border when the inspector said "You have to pay me for your Visa". I'd been previously advised NOT to do this, so was pretty shocked!! Luckily NO ONE fell for it. Tut Tut!!

Very helpful bus staff, especially at the POI Pot border crossing. I would have been confused otherwise. Also liked it that they gave out food & drink

The whole trip was a lot more enjoyable than expected! The leg room and comfort levels were amazing, and the staff were so helpful in helping us get visas and cross the border. Very impressed with your service- we'll be lifelong customers!!
