Very good ride to Bangkok! Nice bus, friendly staff and even a decent lunch after you cross the border. Only the place where you will be dropped off in Bangkok is a bit difficult to find a cheap ride to the city. But overall a nice bus ride!

Complete scam. They lied to us about our visa pricing and overcharged the whole bus by 10 USD each. When we asked they refused. When we got to Siem Reap they kept acting like they no longer spoke English. Never again. Don't use them.

My boyfriend and I were very pleased with the bus service. It arrived on time, was well air conditioned and the free food and drink was delicious. We also arrived at Siem Reap 1 hour before expected. Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable trip from Bangkok to Siem Reap - staff were nice, seats very good, air condition too. We even arrived 1,5 hours earlier than expected. No complaints!

Good bus, Everything went smoothly. Food/drink were provided (small breakfast and lunch). Instructions on the border were given. Website mentions pick-up service in Bangkok, but not available to us. Tuk-tuk service in Siem Reap to hotel free of charge.

I felt very sage all the time. Good staff. Theresa was also lunch, water and some snacks included. English from the staff was not that great, Burgen you could understand. They have good tipps for you at the border.

The journey was well organized and the inspectors on the bus explained the process of going thru the cambodian border. The bus arrived on time but left bangkok 1 hour later. Overall i had a great experience.

Need to improve : Airconditioning - not cold enough CR lighting - room is dark But overall, the rest are ok.
