The bus and driver abandoned us at the Cambodian border crossing despite having passes, bus location hard to find, nobody was able to read Thai nor speak English, bus driver rude, bus departed 45 minutes early, bus hot and cramped, border crossing a mess.

Horrible experience. The rear of the bus, which was designed for luggage, has been adapted to accommodate more passengers. Luggages are placed under the seats and stacked in the aisles. The journey is really painful, and the driver drives like a madman
