We are a Family of 8 who travel in and out of Airports and take Private tours. This van was the tightest we have. Our Luggage barely fit in the back. I emailed the Company and never heard back. I paid a good Sum for this. Van cleanliness and Driverwere ok

Driver great. Some confusion as I thought he was calling to tell me ge had arrived, he was actually calling to say when he would arrive. Very polite, clean vehicle and safe transport.

The driver was 40min late. He added another passenger somewhere outside of Phnom Penh to Shianoukville. We did not mind as the seat on front was empty but wonder if this is normal to take another passenger if we pay a private taxi? Besides that all fine.

Super Fahrer, er kam 20 Minuten früher als ausgemacht. Er konnte sehr gut Englisch und ist sehr sicher und anständig gefahren. Das Auto war sauber und ließ auch keine Wünsche übrig. Kann den Service nur empfehlen.

Driver's personality was not bad, but he came late more than 30min, and we felt driving was not safe.

Driver was texting while driving. Overtaking on bends with lorries coming in the other direction. Stopped many times throughout the journey which we didn't want, including to pick up his kid. Very unrelaxing and scary drive. Very disappointed

I was very unhappy with this driver. He spoke no English. He picked up two hitchhikers along the way which made me extremely uncomfortable. I told him it was NOT OK. The driver was constantly on his cellphone which was not a safe thing to do.

My flight was delayed. I send a message via WhatApp. I was told that there would be no problem and they are tracking my delayed flight. However, they didn't tell the driver of the delay. He waited an hour and then left before I arrived.
