We askead for a private taxi.The driver arrived with one hour delay. I started to ask online support (Lee) for help and he mentioned it was not able to find the hotel. No single word in English and when I claimed the driver stopped and no way to move on.
Was expecting to be greeted at arrival. No driver there. Called HQ who made out he was there. The airport emptied out, still no driver. Eventually turned up 40mins late dropping off a fare. Not worth rebooking - just pick up a taxi at the airport.
Taxi not ready for us (again) with no contact. Messaged main number on WhatsApp. Apparently taxi had broken down and would be available in 35mins - actually took over an hour. Then the driver couldn't find us. Not worth booking in advance. Poor service.

The driver was excellent. Cautious and careful. Much appreciated.
2 hours late for pick-up. Drove out of town, picked up what appeared to be drivers friend on highway, then had to turn around and pick up "other people" with no explanation why. Paid for a private taxi and shared a van with 4 other people. DO NOT USE!
