Nothing to complain. The ride was smooth and almost in time (we left like 30 minutes after scheduled, really good for SE-Asian standards) and reached Sihaknouville in time. The van was in good condition. There's not room though, but it is a van after all

Information provided about point off departure incorrect, in fact the whole journey was not as advertised. The coach was very old and basically used for transporting commercial goods with passengers as an afterthought and no toilet.

Had booked with CTT on a minivan. They took the 3 booked passengers up to Phnom Penh from Kampot in a Highlander SUV instead!! Excellent service. Would definitely use CTT again.

The bus was late for almost one hour and we didn’t get the seats we booked.

The bus was 3 hours late! They had my Phone-number and nobody contacted me. I asked a few times at the office where they had to pick me up but the woman said I had to call myself. I would have appreciated it if they kept me updated.

The conection was not operated by CTT but by another company. The van was was overloaded and we stoped approx. 500 m from the given boarding point to split the group. But this was a big chaos. Booking the seat was completely useless.

Giving a 4-hour drive is just totally lying to customers, count more than 7! If I could, I would never do this kind of trip anymore and rather take a bus. We arrive in Phnom Penh DT at the same time as buses. I am really disappointed. Reimburse me

CTT was one hour late. They did not pick up at hotel as promised and confirmed twice. Dangerous driver constantly on his phone and nearly hit cows on road twice. No apologies for lateness or inconvenience. My recommendation, use Mekong Express if possible
