I was late, no refunds. Charged me for another ticket with another bus line. A terrible company with no consideration for the passengers or their laugage. As with most Cambodian bus lines, drivers are very aggressive & quite scary to ride with.

The transportation to Phnom Penh was perfect, excellent driver and very fast. But the guy at the office was lazy and impolite. He ignored us when we said that we had a plane to catch. We had to shout that we don't want to wait any longer. Very unpleasen

The bus was 40 minutes late and then there was no sit for me as the same ticket had been sold twice. So I took a shared taxi instead, and left an hour late.

The bus was almost an hour delayed, acceptable given Chinese New Year. Nonetheless, the seats we reserved were already occupied. We got two seats in the front row, however one person got left behind (possibly booked on an alternative bus)...

I reached the boarding point 1 hour before departure and waited there for 3 hours. The bus never showed up ... I tried to get a refund but CTT Transportation never responded to my mails or my phone calls ! Very bad experience 0/20

Don’t book!! The bus we paid for didn’t exist, we got sent to a different company. Bus was supposed to leave 13.30, we left 15.00 no info no nothing. Then the bus driver ran over a big dog on the road, and didn’t want to stop to chek if it was dead. :(

A very good experience with a great driver. I will definately use them again for my next trip. The driver was great with my elderly parents too.

Minibus was supposed to leave at 1.15pm. At 1.30 we got in a crappy minivan that dropped us of at another bus company where we had to wait another 30min, not knowing if the bus was going to leave or not. Poor service.
