CTT should make their time schedule realistic. The driver was skillful, but had to drive like a maniac to make any headway against the 4 hr supposed trip, but it still took 6 hrs . The bus from Phnom Pehn to Sihanoukville, turns around . Late both ways

I had a terrible experience. Got a call just on the day saying that the schedule had changed and the bus will leave 30 minutes early - it was only 40 minutes to the leaving time. The drop-off was in a completely different location than said on the ticket.

If you are late to the bus its ok. They will take you to the bus by car anyway. But if you are not late if you are in time you have to wait to those who are late. It happened two times in our trip

15 mins delay is o.k.; no water or wifi provided

Terrible service ever. I called to ask Support Center. Then they asked me to call to driver directly. He don't even know the area in Kampot. Terrible and never recommend

This company did not inform us they are picking up customers from a later time slot and dropping customers at PP airport. Whole journey took extra 1 hr because of the traffic jam from airport to drop off point in PP. All future customers take note.
