This was my second time travelling in Mekong Express.minivan. I appreciated the overall experience including hotline service. I would recommend it

posted 4 hours trip .... over 6 hours and 45 mins total time 2 stops .... seats to small ... no wifi never use again ...... the worst

Very poor service. Rude staff. Totally unnecessary $2 paid to the service staff for presenting the passport at the border. It’s a skam. Bus is uncomfortable, aircon too much, wifi broke down after 30 mins. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

This is the worst trip ever. We were stucked for almost 2 hours without any notice. The driver should have checked the condition of the van before traveling.

2ieme mini van de cette compagnie que nous avons réservé et qui a été annulé... Aucune information de leur part. On nous a mis dans un mini van d une autre compagnie qui partait 1h après. /!\ Compter 6h-7h pour relier sihanoukville-Phnom Penh et non 4h!!!

When we arrived we were told our bus was cancelled and got put on a mini bus at an earlier time in back squishy row. Deliberately booked the bus based on front seats due to travel sickness. They could not accommodate due to every other seat already full

Very good and comfortable trip. Wifi would stop working from time to time but not a big deal. Overall great experience
