I did not travel on your bus because I tried to change days for travel but your staff said it was too difficult so kept my money and gave me nothing. I wanted to change booking and book four more seats as well but too hard they said. I would like my money

The driver was constantly looking at his phone while driving, and often made dangerous overtakes... my seat belt was broken, the buses consistently left 30 minutes late on three journeys, the buses were quite old and not very comfortable for long journeys

The trip was fast and easy. However the AC was not working and it was a pretty tight fit. It is the most convenient choice between Siem Reap and Battambang so we will ride again, but expected more space and comfort.

Departure on time, not bad.
