Great seats but no USB charger on the seats with two

First time to booked an overnight bus! It was an amazing experience! I slept throughout our trip. The bed was comfortable enough and AC is working. No WIFI in the bus though.

We have to change cars after crossing the border of Cambodia. Our driver was a fast driver but a happy driver. one hiccup was our aircon was not working on the first leg of the journey. It was hot!

Not as comfortable in the VIP van as it was in your bus on the journey to Battambang, but we knew we were booking a van as opposed to the bus due to timetable and we wanted to experience both. The unofficial local pickups and sitting in isle left me cold

I was doubtful about this trip due to the largely negative reviews and older feedback from guide books, they are wrong. This was a good trip, it left all but on time, 3 seats per width of bus meant the most comfortable bus seat I’ve ever sat on.

Minibus avec peu de climatisation et pas de wifi. On est arrivé 1h en retard à la destination finale. Bien mais sans plus

I don’t know why the travel time was listed as 4 hours. It is not a good estimation for the passengers. It took nearly 7 hours. Be more realistic when advertising the travel time.

Driver was a very nice man, however we were very disappointed in 2 aspects of the “service” that were advertised. We paid an extra $8 to take the bus that’d get us to Sihanoukville in 4hrs and had WiFi on board. It took 6hrs and there was no WiFi.
