The Mekong Express delivered exactly what was promised — a quick and seamless bus trip. The staff were friendly and hospitable, they listened to my requests and acted on them almost immediately. The private bus bathroom was very convenient.

On time and good service.

The driver was very careful, this bus had bigger seats than the previous one that made a very big difference in comfort for me, they even let us get off before the station near our house

To be cleaner inside of car Due to contesting at Cambodia side, 1 hour late arrival Driver was good.

If youre a bit taller it can be a bit cramped in the minivan, but overall everything was good!
