The van came in on time, the driver was accomodating and helped us in the border. The sleeper bus from phnom penh to siem reap was also on time and clean. I would definitely recommend Mekong to my friends who is planning to take indochina trips.

Ride was really smooth. It's just the beds were really small and the aisles are narrow. Anyway, at least it was a safe ride.

At first I was scared that I might be able to experience as well the bad reviews I've read about mekong express. It turns out the real opposite. The ride and the crossing of borders were smooth. No scams. Inspector knows how to speak in English.

The service is okay, but to bad you lie on the webpage. -No bathroom on bus -No wifi on bus -No explanation of visa process. I got to the destiny but I woudn't recommend mekkong mainly because i felt lied to. Next trip I'm using ibis

Good service , on time , seats a touch uncomfortable and a touch cramped but no real dramas
