The aircondition was too cold in the bus, the driver was too enthusiastic with his horn

Confortable seats in de bus

The van was supposed to leave at 6:30am. Surprisingly it left at 7am. We did not get explanation as for why and no one told us we will be leaving late either. This was very disappointing. The Wifi did not work when we crossed to Cambodia. I trusted that!

Dear sir The trip was canceled more than a week before departure but I have still not received a refund. Please send me the money immediately.

We did not travel with Mekong as the ‘bus had broken down’ so had to go with another company...not happy at all.

Poor service. Didn’t use this company as the bus we were meant to get was cancel. And only told us once the 6:30 bus left with numerous seats left and could of easily fit us on.
