The bus from phnom penh to ho chi minh was good and the air conditioning was cold and the bus was new too. But the bus from ho chi minh to phnom penh was worse, the bus was old , not clean , have smell and the air conditioning was not cold.

Old bus. Arrived late. Not much information given during the border cross. No WiFi during the trip

Good service. Arrive on time. Driver very polite and easy going. Staff at the office is friendly and take of customer.

Perfect and relaxing ride

Please kindly fix your bus aircon system. It is freaking hot inside plus the bus is old. My girlfriend almost passed out without enough air. I trust Mekong bus service for a long time but now it disappointed me.
