At the other trip bus, I had been stolen my wallet and passport!! It's like a heaven bus at this time. I LOVE IT!!!!

The trip was safe, but the boarder crossing was corrupt and not fair. Paid an extra 10-15$ each just so we can leave your country.. not happy. It’s crap how we couldn’t do it our self and the person on the bus made give him our passport. AVOID

Our trip from Siem Reap to Ho Chi Minh took more than 16 hours. It was a lot tiring compared to our trip from Ho Chi Minh to Siem Reap. There were a lot of unnecessary bus stops and the seats were much more uncomfortable for this trip.

This was my 2nd trip travelling with Mekong Express. The driver for this trip was snaking in out of the traffic and making the bus to swirl left right and making the whole journey very unpleasant.

You should change the restaurant that you stop for lunch time. It is very slow and bad service, foods there also very dirty.

Recommend to travelers who need a comfortable trip with VIP Van.

There was enough space in the bus. Airco, free water, we left in time but it took 4 hours instead of 3. The driver drove nice and the bus was clean.

Very comfortable,would definitely use again
